Would you like to assist farm families with their transition planning and business succession process?
Come learn how to help families communicate, make thorough and complex decisions, clarify expectations, avoid assumptions, and determine a path forward that best fits for their farm and their family.
This training is for individuals interested in becoming a Certified Farm Succession Coordinator. This training will emphasize guiding/coaching the farm/ranch family/members through a process of planning. It will not focus on technical skills or technical strategies of moving assets to the next generation.
